Last name of a Republican State Senator for South Dakota, who had these words of wisdom to say about acceptable rape exceptions for the state's proposed abortion ban:

Mr.
Napoli's definition and subsequent advocacy for the abortion ban in South Dakota has also spawned a movement to coin a new word in a similar vein to santorum.
The verb, to "Napoli" or, alternately, to "Napolize", would mean the actual comission of the brutal and heinous act spawned Senator Napoli's elegant imagination, specifically,
Napoli (also: Napolize)(v. trans.) -
"To
brutalize and rape, sodomize as bad as you can possibly make it, a young, religious virgin woman who was saving herself for marriage."
The above neologism, in and of itself, would be unsuitable for publication in
the UD due to its sexually violent definition. However, it is here presented in a strictly factual context, to explain exactly what Senator Napoli's opinions have
wrought upon his reputation.
