A mental disorder which doesn't unnecessarily make the person a killer but still a lack of moral values. Sociopaths make their way into organizations as the figure head due to their extremely manipulative and observant behaviors. Unlike common belief sociopaths differ from psychopaths due to their ability to think a situation through and put on a "mask" for what their surroundings would fit.
