A person that goes on IRC (Internet Relay Chat) networks, with the word "helper" or "help" in his/her nickname, because they think that's the way to get IRCop (IRC Operator) access on that network. - That is not true, these people actually don't know anything, despite the word "help" in their name. These people may think they know what they are talking about, or what they are doing, but the truth is, they have no clue about anything related to the internet.
